DRC Auto Sales is a family-run dealership providing used vehicles, finance options, warranties, and other services. 2. Vehicle Purchases

When you purchase a vehicle from DRC Auto Sales, the following conditions apply:

Vehicle Description:

We aim to ensure that all information regarding vehicles listed on our website or at our dealership is accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, error-free, or up to date. Any errors or omissions will be corrected promptly.

Vehicle Availability:

All vehicles are subject to availability. In the rare event that a vehicle you are interested in has already been sold or is no longer available, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer alternative options.

Pricing:

All prices for vehicles are listed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change vehicle prices at any time, and any changes will not affect transactions that have already been completed.

3. Deposit and Payment

To secure a vehicle, a non-refundable deposit may be required. The deposit will be deducted from the total purchase price of the vehicle.

Deposit:

The minimum deposit required to secure a vehicle is £250. This deposit will reserve the vehicle and take it off the market.

Payment:

Full payment for the vehicle is due upon completion of the sale. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods as agreed upon.

Once full payment has been received, the vehicle will be considered sold, and ownership will transfer to you upon delivery or collection.

4. Delivery and Transport

We offer delivery options for vehicles purchased through us. Delivery fees will be quoted separately and must be paid in full before the vehicle is delivered.

Transport Fees:

Transport fees will vary based on location and must be settled prior to delivery. Once the delivery is confirmed, the vehicle will be dispatched.

Delivery Time:

We aim to deliver vehicles within a reasonable timeframe, but delivery dates are subject to availability and logistics. We will notify you of any delays.

5. Financing

If you are financing your vehicle through a third-party provider, such as CarMoney or another partner, the financing process will be handled directly by the provider. By applying for finance through us, you agree to the terms set by the finance provider.

Approval:

Finance applications are subject to approval. We cannot guarantee that your application will be approved, and approval is dependent on the finance provider’s criteria.

6. Warranty

All vehicles sold by DRC Auto Sales come with a standard warranty, unless otherwise stated. Extended warranty options are available and can be discussed with our team.

Warranty Details:

The standard warranty period is usually 6 months, and terms may vary. Extended warranties are available at an additional cost and can be tailored to your needs.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Once a vehicle has been purchased and full payment has been made, the sale is final, and no returns or cancellations are accepted unless the vehicle has a serious fault that was not disclosed during the sale.

Faulty Vehicles:

In the unlikely event that you experience a major fault within the warranty period, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the nature of the fault, repair, replacement, or refund may be offered.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

By purchasing a vehicle or interacting with us, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to safeguarding your information.

9. Liability

DRC Auto Sales will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of a vehicle. We do not accept responsibility for any losses, including financial, arising from the use of our website or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through the courts of England and Wales.
